Quantifiable Risk Management: Getting Real with ERM
In more cases than not, ERM initiatives miss the mark. Why? Too many times, organizations fail to implement the aspects of ERM that create and communicate value. Getting real value from ERM and achieving returns on investment is a challenge. It requires embracing a measured and monitored approach. The goals of an ERM initiative should be to articulate a risk appetite, measure and model key risks, choose the right course of action, and communicate results. In this session we will show how analytical insights can be combined with the principles of ERM to help organizations quantify the key risks impacting strategic goals, improve decision making and measure the return on investment of ERM activities.
